Kat Stacks Tells It All (Her Life Story) At KandiCoatedNights

Last night, Kat Stacks was interviewed on Kandi Burruss’s (RHOA) show Kandi Coated Nights, airing every Wednesday on Ustream / KandiOnline.com.  During the intervew, she gave us insight on what got her to where she is now and how she got all this internet fame.

Alot of people think they know Kat’s story but really they have no idea of what she has been thru and all of the obstacles that she overcome.

Kat Stacks’ career began at the age of 14 when she started stripping in different NYC night clubs to make money, revealing she ran away from home  and moved to the Bronx.  For the young Stacks, life was hard. Katt has been seen heavily on the blogosphere due to her publicity on which was originally started by the homie Necolebitchie who was the first to speak about her and was then picked up buy   Mediatakeout and WorldStarHipHop. What most people don’t know is that Kat never intended for all this drama to happen. Telling Kandi this was all unexpected and all started over an internet post that Mediatakeout posted, she saw all the drama that came and all the publicity that she got and knew she had struck gold. Being about her money Kat wanted to turn this new venture in to a bigger opportunity  and knew that she had all that it took to get to that paper.

Known for her claims of sleeping with several rappers in the industry, @Ihatekatstacks soon was approached by WorldstarHipHop to post videos put all her different lovers on blast. In all honesty, her story was…kind of sad but uplifting because although she had a hard life she’s changing and growing everyday and thats what life is really about “Growth.” She had her first miscarriage at the age of 15 after being beaten by her boyfriend, which led her to start drinking. Now at the tender age of 20, she looks at men in a whole different light. Kandi  received hate mail after letting her fans know that she would be on the show felt it was important for kat to tell her story because you never really know why someone does what they do until you her it from them. Kat has a book coming out and a new reality show on the way if you are wondering if the book will be like Superheads its not its going to tell her entire story and all the drama that she has been threw.. Yeah, she has all the trimmings for VH1’s exploitation…. Ya’ll know what it is…

Beyonce Highest Paid Celebrity Under 30

Beyonce has once again proven that she’s one of the biggest names in all of entertainment. For the second year in a row, the “Single Ladies” singer tops “Forbes’” list of the highest paid celebrities under 30. With more than 90 concerts across the globe and endorsement deals with companies like Nintendo, L’Oreal and her Dereon fashion line, Beyonce pulled in an estimated 87-million dollars between June 1, 2009 and June 1, 2010. Following Beyonce on this year’s list is fellow pop diva Britney Spears who earned 64-million dollars. Lady Gaga is a close third with an estimated 62-million dollars, while teen queen Miley Cyrus added 48-million dollars to her bank account. Pop-country crossover Taylor Swift rounds out the list’s top five with approximately 45-million dollars.

Foxy Brown Ordered To Stay Away From Neighbor, & Need A New Lawyer

Rap diva Foxy Brown has once again been ordered to stay away from her neighbor. The emcee was in a New York courtroom Tuesday where Judge Geraldine Pickett extended Arlene Raymond’s order of protection against the rapper. Foxy Brown asked for an order or protection of her own, but the request was denied. Brown’s day in court got off to a rough start. The “New York Post” reports that her legal representation, Bruce Barron Associates, decided to drop her as a client. Brown’s manager, Bernadette Brennan, denies the report telling AllHipHop.com that she “decided to go with a high power attorney” named Salvatore Strazzullo.
Foxy Brown was arrested last week on one count of criminal contempt for allegedly getting into an argument with Arlene Raymond. Raymond — who already had an order of protection against the hip-hop star — was reportedly mooned by Brown during the dispute. Foxy Brown was released from police custody last Thursday after posting five-thousand dollars bail. She is due back in court on January 28th.

Is Hollywood becoming Hollywierd for Nicki Minaj? In a recent interview discussing her new video ‘Your love’, she explains how she wanted to do the video a little different. Midway throughout the interview though, this English Nicki alter ego came out of no where.

I just thought that was the most emotional and truthful storyline. Everyone would normally make themselves the winner in the end, and I wanted a twist. Also its, I wanted to show the only way I would be beat be, is if you cheat. If you play fair and square, I am going to win. You know…

Diddy Says Journalist Martin Bashirs’ “Maybach” Questioning Was Racist

Diddy, Ricky Rozay, and Janelle Monae recently completed a photo shoot for Vibe’s September issue (July 28). In this issue, Diddy spoke on how he regretted giving Martin Bashir of Nightline an interview. The journalist pounded the mogul on lavishing his son with a Maybach for his 16 birthday.

“The whole thing about giving a Maybach to my son, that’s really like a racist question,” Diddy tells the mag. “You don’t ask white people what they buy their kids. And they buy ‘em Porsches and convertible Bentleys, and it ain’t no question. It’s really a racist question and put things back in perspective with money and the way that people still look at you. And I’m not saying that consciously he’s a racist. But he probably don’t even realize that he would not ask Steve Jobs that. He would be like Steve Jobs has that money and that’s the gift his kid is supposed to get.”

“There were times in the interview when I had to give him an ultimatum. The questions weren’t being handled the right way. In hindsight, when I saw him, I shouldn’t [have] done the interview because I know the style of interview that he does,” Diddy said.

Leonardo DiCaprio Pulls Out Of Deranged Mel Gibson Viking Movie

As controversy surrounding Mel Gibson continues to ensue, “Inception” star Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly withdrawn from a planned movie chronicling the exploits of Viking warriors that Gibson was slated to direct. “Not a chance,” said an unnamed source close to DiCaprio.

The Viking film would have been DiCaprio’s first project with Gibson, but the unnamed source said that the meticulous actor — who has avoided a major public scandal during his nearly 20-year long career in movies — did not want to risk his reputation by being associated with Gibson.

“Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with, and Mel Gibson is not one of them,” the source reportedly said. A spokesperson for DiCaprio could not be reached for comment at press time. The untitled Viking movie was being co-produced by Gibson’s Icon Productions and was slated to begin shooting in the fall.

No More “Good Ass Job”: Kanye West Changes The Title To New Album

On July 28, Kanye West, a new arrival in the Twitter community, tweeted that the name “Good Ass Job” was no longer the name of the new album and he was currently “bouncing a couple of titles around now”. Kanye has over 2o0,000 followers as of yesterday. Click below to see how he feels about Twitter!

Kanye tweeted,

“Up early in the morning taking meetings in Silicone Valley.” The MC later followed up with another tweet, typing, “Lol I spelled Silicon wrong (I guess I was still thinking about the other type of silicone ITS A PROCESS!! : ).”

Kanye has recently started using Twitter recently after fake Twitter accounts started popping up. He posted on his blog in 2009:

“I don’t have a f—ing Twitter… why would I use twitter??? I only blog 5 percent of what I’m up to in the first place. I’m actually slow delivering content because I’m too busy actually busy being creative most of the time and if I’m not and I’m just laying on a beach i wouldn’t tell the world. Everything that Twitter offers I need less of. The people at Twitter know I don’t have a f—ing Twitter so for them to allow someone to pose as me and accumulate over a million names is irresponsible and deceitful to [their] faithful users.”

BR, also known as Blair Robinson (Granddaughter of Ray Charles) has released a new hit…or more like a re-make and play off of Soulja Boy’s Hit Pretty Boy Swag, entitled Pretty Girl Swag. I’m not going to lie, I have heard a few little girls singing this song, and I thought it was just something they made up. On another note…I had no idea Ray Charles had a grand daughter in the game. Hoping she isn’t a one hit wonder…this song is just as catchy, even though its saying virtually the same thing. “Pretty girl swag…”

Jagged Edge Launch Web Series “Road To ‘The Remedy’”

One of my favorite groups of all time is back with The Remedy and have a web series so that you can follow their journey. In the webisodes, the quartet will give you an inside look into their life as their prepare to release this new album on September 28th. They will feature behind the scenes of video/photo shoots, life on the road, viewer Q&A’s, and label interaction. Check out episode 1:

I like the new single “Lay You Down.” Often times artists get lost trying to stay relevant and doing trendy music instead of timeless music. To me, their last 2 albums reflected more trends, but it looks like they are back to their roots with this new single. It’s Produced by Cool & Dre who said:

“It was an honor working with Jagged Edge. They are one of the few classic R & B groups still standing strong. With “Lay you down” we wanted to capture that signature Jagged Edge sound but give it a 2010 feel with the Cool and Dre touch. The guys put crazy lyrics on it and a classic was born.”

When JE were asked about the record:

“We sing our ballads straight from the heart, no pen no paper we just let it flow, this song is where we been and where we going. So I know the fans will love this one. The new sound is still very much jagged edge for the diehard fan, just sped up a lil.”

Let’s just hope they sick with this formula and not that bubble gum mess that was that terrible first single “Tip of my Tongue.”

President Obama To Appear On ABC’s “The View”

President Obama is about to go where no sitting president has gone before — to a daytime talk show. The commander-in-chief is scheduled to appear on Thursday’s episode of ABC’s “The View” as part of the show’s “Red, White & Blue View” campaign. The President will become the first sitting U.S. president to appear on a daytime talk show. According to “The Los Angeles Times,” President Obama will tape his interview on Wednesday ahead of the Thursday airing. He is expected to talk about jobs, the economy, the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and his administration’s accomplishments. He will also discuss lighter fare, like living in the White House with his family. “View” host Barbara Walters will join her co-hosts to interview President Obama. The interview will mark a return to the daytime show for Walters who has been recovering from heart valve surgery.

Blu Kolla Dreams/Capitol Records recording artist, Bobby V. traveled to Miami this week(7/24) to shoot the video for his first single “Phone Number” featuring Plies, produced by Jazze Pha. The video directed by the Fat Katz was shot on South Beach with numerous locals watching behind-the-scenes. Bobby V.’s 4th solo album, Fly on the Wall, is scheduled for release in October 2010. As soon as I got used to the fact that the word “swag” was finally out of current pop culture vocabulary he resurrects the word and is bringing the entire music industry with him. The L. Boogie we all knew is back… and sounds like the old sultry songstress we grew to love in the 90’s and early 2000’s. Former Fugees member Lauryn Hill took the stage at the FESPAD Festival in Kigali, Rwanda on Sunday – the same day her new track “Repercussions” leaked onto the Internet. Sporting a blazer, red stiletto booties and African-inspired harem pants, L Boogie performed a handful of notable tracks, including The Fugees’ “Ready or Not.” Check out the vids below.

Baby Mama Drama: Swizz Beatz UK Baby Mama Throws Shots At Alicia Keys?

According to our friends at NecoleBitchie, Swizz Beats might have some baby mama drama on his hands, with his alleged 3rd baby momma in the UK (July 28). Oh yeah, is it just me…or does she look JUST like Alicia Keys?? Apparently, she has thrown A. Keys clearly under the bus, making her seem like a singer who “just f*cks for tracks”. To catch you up to speed, Jahna Sebastian is a singer/songwriter/producer in the UK that claims that she had a baby girl by Swizz Beatz. According to a letter her friend shared with a website, Swizz is aware of the child as he showed up with Alicia Keys last year for a paternity test that eventually proved he was the father. Swizz also pays her a measly $1500 a month in Child support but he refuses to publicly acknowledge the child.

Here is what the alleged baby mama had to say about this situation in a blog entitled“I give thanks for being a producer myself so I don’t have to f*ck for tracks as if I was just a singer” :

Hearing about some of today’s successful artists, who for their career sleep with producers jumping from one to another, break up marriages even when kids are involved and take everything for themselves with no sense of morality, building their image by speculating on sacred things, then get Grammys and worldwide promotion, I think to myself that somehow they get away with it too easy, but what is happening within their soul?

Is this lady taking subliminal shots at Alicia’s character, and foreshadowing damnation because of her decisions…or is she just mad she couldn’t have Swizzy and the spoils of succeeding in the music industry in America…yeaahhhh, she just caught the short end of the stick. Sit down somewhere.

Terrell Owens Now Team Mates With Chad Ochocinco, But Still Competing…On TV!

Terrell Owens signed with the Cincinnati Bengals on yesterday (July27) officially becoming the team mate of Chad Ochocinco. Although these two damn near twins don’t have to compete on the field anymore, the 2 definitely have competition for ratings with their new shows on Vh1.

According to ProFootballTalk.com– which broke the story — Owens signed a one year deal and will earn a base salary of $2 million … with an opportunity to make an extra $2 mil if he hits certain performance-based incentives. Until then, the two showboating NFL stars will duke it out on television. The Orlando Sentinel reported that Ochocinco’s show, “The Ultimate Catch,” drew 844,000 viewers to 733,000 for Owens’ “The T.O. Show.”

Another One Bites The Dust: Chris Tucker Ain’t Pay His Taxes!!

TMZ has reported that Chris Tucker owes 11 million dollars in back taxes (July 26). Ummm…what in the hell are these actors doing with their money to where they can’t give Uncle Sam his cut? Millions in back taxes? They already got Wesley…Nicholas Cage is another one who had outrages debt he owed to the ‘man’, now Smokey can’t pay big worm…for real. Click below to see the break down!!

The Internal Revenue Service filed documents with the L.A. County Recorder’s Office yesterday, which show Tucker owes $11,571,909.26 in federal taxes for the years 2001, 2002 and 2004 through 2006.

Here’s how it all breaks down:

2001 — $4,007,794.34
2002 — $5,060,074.23
2004 — $55,544.84
2005 — $660,414.94
2006 — $1,788,080.91

But this isn’t Tucker’s first issue with taxes — as we previously reported, the State of California filed a lein against Tucker for allegedly not paying $3,594,409 in state taxes over the same time span.

FYI — Back in 2001, Tucker reportedly took in a $20 million payday for “Rush Hour 2” and scored $25 million for “Rush Hour 3” … which hit theaters in 2007. I had no idea he was getting GWOP like this…So why are these cats not paying their bills????

Jay Z Angry With LeBron’s “Decision” Too?

At Freddyo, we are not 100% sold on this idea, but it is being reported that Jay Z is bothered by Lebrons decision to play in Miami. After significant meetings between Jay Z, Lebron, and Jay’s Russian homey, he probably thought Bron might have been wooed into playing with the Nets. But umm, no. He wasn’t. A source close to Jay-Z allegedly told sources that Jay felt dissed by LeBron during his free agent decision, and due to his credibility and fame that has given him a larger role within the New Jersey Nets franchise than his equity stake, his value to the franchise is in question over LeBron’s decision because he is looked at for his connection and who he can bring to the team. But let’s take a closer look at this…

According to Kredible Alerts, this has to be all rumor for the reasons listed below.

Jay-Z and LeBron were together countless times during his free agent tour, partying it up, dinner, etc. Two, Jay-Z said repeatedly that he would not be the one to poach LeBron because if the decision turns out to be a bad move, then he doesn’t want to be held responsible for another mans career. Three, Jay-Z is part owner of The Nets, who paid $4.5 million for his share, so it’s not like he just waltzed in and is head honcho and calls all the shots. He has two other partners who he makes the ultimate decisions, Mikhail Prokhorov who paid $250 million for his 80% share and Bruce Ratner who was the first owner who purchase The Nets for $300 million.

So in essence, this could be all rumor…but then again, Jay has to feel a certain way about this. I mean, from a business and personal perspective. But I say to hell with…Bron going after them rings.

Tameka Foster Goes In On Chili!

You may have seen Vh1’s Behind The Music on last week (July17) where Usher explained his rise to super stardom, and his relationships with his mom and dad, his label, Chili, and Tameka and the kids. Sources say after the airing of the show, Chilis segment and personal accounts of Usher caused Tameka to sound off via Twitter. Of course people were wondering why Tameka didn’t get an interview for the show.

Well Tameka tweeted,

“I hv no reason 2 be jealous or bitter I have “what she wants”. Be clear abt this. I DECLINED to speak yet she was so anxious to. Go figure”.

At this time the tweets have been deleted, but she also said,

“So was 250 other GIRLfriends of his…they all were important and he ‘loved” them all. she’s delusional and doesnt matter. I dont care abt her”

But I will say Chili did seem rather anxious like she had a story to tell, or to set the record straight. I don’t know, but Usher seemed to be going a little crazy when he was with Tameka…I think Chili was a better fit. But I’m just the messenger. Rhianna Tries Acting- New Movie “Battleship”

According to Variety, Rihanna will make her feature film acting debut in the live action adaptation of the popular Hasbro ’80s game Battleship (July 27) alongside Alexander Skarsgard and Taylor Kitsch. Universal has already set a May 25, 2012 release date.  “Battleship” takes place across the seas, skies, and land in a battle for planet survival against a stronger force. Kitsch stars as a Naval officer who leads the fight and Skarsgard will play his brother in the film. The last film to date was Rihanna playing a small role in the movie “Bring It On: All Or Nothing” where she did a cameo as an artist, playing herself.
